Students from La Joya Juarez-Lincoln High School are gaining valuable hands-on experience through a paid internship with Zitro Electric as part of La Joya ISD's Career and Technical Education (CTE) Summer Work-Based Learning Program, in partnership with South Texas College's Center for Advanced Training & Apprenticeships (CATA).
Working alongside skilled industry professionals, these students are applying their technical knowledge on an active construction site, building practical skills, workplace confidence, and a strong foundation for future careers in the skilled trades.
