At Dr. Palmira Mendiola Elementary, our goal is to have all our students “Shine Bright” by being College and Career Ready. We will work with our parents, students, and community members to meet our campus goals. Our number one goal is to help all our students achieve. Here at Dr. Palmira Mendiola Elementary we are committed to be student focused, data-driven, and result oriented. Our staff will work with our parents to strive to have our students meet the academic challenges. As part of being a Media Arts and Communication campus, our students will have the opportunity to develop speaking and presentation skills. Our campus goals are to meet 98% attendance rate, to have students develop in the English Acquisition, to have our Pre-k and Kinder students reading, to have 30% of our students in UIL academics, and to meet all state assessment expectations.
